Customer Transition Specialist – Wealthbox

Hello! I’m Amber with the customer success team at Wealthbox. We’re looking for someone who can help us transition new customers onto the Wealthbox platform. If you’re excited about working directly with customers, performing data migrations, and enjoy seeing newly transitioned customers become successful adopters of the Wealthbox platform, read on.

A typical day as a transition specialist will include phone calls with new customers to review their CRM information for transfer to Wealthbox, working in Microsoft Excel to prepare data for importing and customer meetings to onboard their firm’s employees to Wealthbox.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with new customers to gather requirements for a successful CRM transfer
  • Prepare data for import using Excel, Access, and other tools
  • Upload and monitor the progress of customer imports
  • Organize and hold onboarding meetings with new customer

Requirements & Skills

  • Desire to work directly with customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and schedule
  • Expertise with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively
  • Unrelenting attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of databases (e.g. Microsoft Access)
